Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use any 3D models, files, designs, or digital assets submitted for printing or processing.

By submitting any file (including STL, OBJ, or other formats), the customer confirms:

  • They hold full intellectual property rights, or
  • They have explicit permission from the rights holder.

Custom Essentials and all associated sub-brands accept no liability for copyright, licensing, or intellectual-property violations. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to breach third-party rights.

2. Customer Responsibility

When submitting a design or digital file, the customer takes full responsibility for:

  • File ownership and licensing
  • File accuracy, printability, and suitability
  • Final product usage
  • Any misrepresentation or misuse of the submitted file

Custom Essentials may refuse any print, request, or submission that violates these terms or poses risk.

3. Liability

Custom Essentials, including its directors, staff, partners, sub-brands, and associated services (including printing services, hosting services, digital tools, servers, websites, analytics systems, intelligence platforms, review services, and VPN networks), is not liable for:

  • Misuse, unsafe use, modification, or alteration of any product
  • Breakage, wear, failure, or malfunction of printed items or digital outputs
  • Issues caused by incorrect storage, handling, installation, assembly, or operation
  • Any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from customer or third-party use
  • Security incidents, breaches, downtime, or data loss caused by user behaviour or negligence
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including financial loss, downtime, or operational issues
  • Misuse of files, content, or products by third parties after delivery
  • Customer reliance on reviews, recommendations, rankings, or digital opinions

All products, prints, digital assets, and services are provided "as-is" with no warranty, including no guarantee of durability, performance, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

None of our products or services are intended for:

  • Medical use
  • Food-contact applications
  • Structural, load-bearing, or safety-critical functions

By using any Custom Essentials service, the customer accepts full responsibility for verifying the safe, lawful, and appropriate use of all items and tools provided.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our work:

  • Refunds are provided only for defects or errors caused by Custom Essentials.
  • Refunds are not provided for user-submitted file issues, design faults, misunderstandings, or misuse.
  • Cancellations may not be possible once printing, processing, or fulfilment has begun.

5. Prohibited Submissions & Uses

The following will not be accepted:

  • Files that violate intellectual-property rights
  • Unlicensed, non-commercial, or forbidden assets
  • Submissions intended for harmful, illegal, or unsafe purposes
  • Malicious, corrupted, or harmful files
  • Attempts to abuse servers, systems, reviews, intelligence tools, websites, or VPN services

Any submission breaching these terms will be rejected and may result in account suspension.

6. Hosted Websites & Digital Services

Custom Essentials may operate or host websites, tools, servers, VPN systems, or digital platforms.

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • User-generated content
  • Security issues caused by user behaviour
  • Third-party misuse of websites or hosted content
  • Data breaches resulting from customer negligence

Users must act responsibly on any platform we provide.

7. Reviews, Rankings & Recommendations

Any reviews, rankings, ratings, or recommendations provided by Custom Essentials or its platforms are for general guidance only.

We are not responsible for:

  • How users interpret this information
  • Decisions made based on reviews or recommendations
  • Misuse of reviewed products
  • User actions influenced by published content

8. Enforcement

Custom Essentials may suspend or terminate orders, accounts, or access without notice if:

  • These terms are breached
  • Illegal or unsafe activity is detected
  • Abuse of systems, servers, or platforms occurs

Repeated violations may result in permanent refusal of service.
